2-Year-Old Boy Shot Deadd, His Brother Hurt as NDLEA Raids Notorious Drug Joint in Delta
During a raid on a prominent drug den by agents of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) in Delta State, a 2-year-old baby named Ivan Onose Omhonrina was killed and his younger sibling Eromonsele was hurt.
According to Daily Trust, when NDLEA agents stormed the drug den in Okpanam in the state's Oshimili North Local Government Area on Thursday, July 13, 2023, the youngsters were shot at their mother's store.
According to an eyewitness testimony, the victims were hit by stray gunshots while they were in their mother's shop after school.
The eye of Eromonsele was allegedly touched by a stray bullet while Ivan was struck, according to the eyewitness. Ivan was rushed to the hospital alongside his brother but didn't make it while his brother was operated on.
