Porsha Williams Cleared After Alleged Delta Airlines In-Flight Incident

Reality TV star Porsha Williams has been officially cleared of any wrongdoing following an alleged in-flight incident while returning from BravoCon 2025.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta personality was reported to have been involved in a heated exchange in the first-class cabin of a Delta Airlines flight from Las Vegas to Atlanta. Cabin crew intervened, and law enforcement met the aircraft upon landing. However, federal authorities have now confirmed that no crime occurred.

U.S. Attorney’s Office Confirms No Crime Was Committed

Porsha’s attorney, Joe Habachy, revealed that the U.S. Attorney’s Office determined no criminal activity took place, and the FBI has closed its review of the matter with no further investigation planned.

Habachy explained that Porsha was never worried about the outcome because the allegations were “blatantly false from the beginning.” He added that the reality star is “owed an apology” by the passenger who made the accusations.

Attorney Says Porsha Was the Victim of Verbal Assault

Earlier in the week, Habachy stated that Porsha had been verbally assaulted by an irate passenger without provocation, stressing that multiple eyewitness accounts contradicted the claims made against her.

As with any reported airline disturbance, federal authorities conducted a full review. Porsha was cooperative throughout, confident that the truth would prevail.

Delta Airlines confirmed that cabin crew spoke to two passengers during the flight but emphasized that the aircraft continued normally and landed without any issues.

Porsha Williams at BravoCon and Her Personal Life Updates

Porsha was in Las Vegas for BravoCon 2025, where she appeared on the Getting Lucky at the Love Hotel panel alongside Sonja Morgan and Heather Gay. The trio hinted at being open to returning for a second season of the spinoff.

In her personal life, Williams finalized her divorce from businessman Simon Guobadia earlier this year, the same month he was deported to Nigeria.
She was previously married to former NFL player Kordell Stewart from 2011 to 2013.

At CultureCon New York last month, Porsha shared that she is currently dating and has narrowed her romantic options down to “two people.” She described herself as a “lover girl” who remains open to finding love again  even on reality TV.
