AXA Mansard CEO, Kunle Ahmed, receives ICAN merit award

‎The Chief Executive Officer of AXA Mansard Insurance Plc, Kunle Ahmed, has received a merit award from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) for his contributions to the accounting profession and the broader finance community.

‎Ahmed was honoured in the Non-Members Diamond Category, with the award presented by the Office of the Registrar/Chief Executive of ICAN.

‎The recognition highlights the contributions of professionals outside the accounting profession to the advancement of financial accountability, corporate governance, professionalism and institutional development in Nigeria.

‎Reacting to the award on behalf of AXA Mansard, the company’s General Counsel and Human Resources Director, Omowunmi Mabel-Adewusi, congratulated Ahmed, describing the recognition as an affirmation of his leadership philosophy and the values he promotes across the organisation.

‎Adewusi said the award reflected Ahmed’s commitment to building a resilient, customer-focused and purpose-driven organisation, adding that AXA Mansard under his leadership had continued to contribute to the development of the wider business ecosystem.
