On Saturday September 17,police invaded a warehouse containing workers in the Southern Binh Dunong Province. The police found 324,000 used condoms been recycled by the workers.
With much investigation and arrest of the warehouse owner, Pham Thi Thanh Ngoc, the used condoms were received once a month, cleaned, dried, and sorted out. The clean condoms will be reshaped with different sized wooden dildos before repackaging.
