Teenage Girl Missing After Traveling To Abuja To See A Facebook Friend Who Promised Taking Her To Germany.
A 16-year-old girl identified as Chidinma Anita Chukwudum, has been declared missing after she left her home in Festac Town, Lagos to Abuja to meet someone she met on Facebook who promised to send her to Germany
According to Anita’s mother, Mrs. Uche Chukwudum, Anita was last seen on September 18. Mrs. Uche stated that Anita finished Secondary school this year, sat for jamb exam and about to be admitted to Lagos State University, LASU.
She added that it was later discovered that Anita have been chatting someone on Facebook who promised to take her to Germany, and she secretly packed her bags on Sunday afternoon and left. While leaving, Anita left a letter .
She hot the information after her sister tried to gain access to her Facebook account where they discovered that Anita have been into a serious conversation with the so called helper. The matter was immediately reported to the police.
Luckily, the location of Anita have been discovered but the particular building is yet to be located and Mrs Uche pleads with the public to help report if her daughter is seen anywhere.
