Ariaria Market Traders Receive Assurance From Chairman Amid Flooding Woes

 


In the wake of persistent flooding that has disrupted business activities in Ariaria Market, traders have received assurance from the newly appointed Acting Chairman of the market traders’ association, Hon. Michael Chijioke Amaku, who recently led a drive across the market to assess the level of disruption caused by the floods, and possible means of averting the hardship the traders and their customers face in the market.

According to the reports from 9javibez correspondent, the flooding has prevented customers from accessing shops in several areas of the market. The areas worst hit includes A line to D line, F line, Oganiru central sub union, eziokwu bu ndu zone, and Kitchen Utensil line, leading many traders to pack out of their shops and lose their livelihoods. This situation has created a worrisome trend in the market, leaving many traders stranded with no means of income.

In response, the Chairman of the market traders’ association, has promised to take action to stop the flood in the market in no time.
