In the community of Niger State, two suspected thieves were apprehended in possession of stolen motorcycles and charms.

 


Two alleged criminals who were terrorizing the Lapai community in Niger State were captured by the Anti-Drugs Consumption and Crime Control Unit (ADC).


The suspects, Hassan Yahaya (19) and Abdullahi Ismail (20), who were both from Niger State's Bida Local Government Area, were apprehended on Wednesday evening, June 25, 2025, as they attempted to escape the neighborhood with two stolen motorcycles.


The two allegedly admitted to the crime when questioned.


Two Bajaj motorcycles, a keypad phone, a talisman, multiple rings, an ATM card, a lighter, a wire earphone, and a nasal inhaler are among the items found on them.
