Denrele Edun Opens Up on Love Life, Speaks on His Sexuality

Nigerian model, media personality, and socialite, Denrele Edun, has opened up about his love life and sexuality, revealing that he has been unlucky in relationships.

Speaking in a recent episode of The Moraya Show, Denrele disclosed that his partners often fail to reciprocate his love and commitment, despite the effort he puts into relationships.

“I have not really been lucky with love. People like us who have so much love to give to the world, we don’t really get it back in return. So, I have found it in different people and places, and I have realised that let me just love myself at this point,” he said.

According to the media star, most of his emotional attachments have ended in disappointment, prompting him to focus on self-love.

“All my special attachments did not come out the way I would have loved it to. I have just realised that it is better I love myself,” Denrele added.

He, however, insisted that he is not the problem in his failed relationships.

“I am the easiest person to love. I have so much love to give,” he stated.

Denrele further revealed that in his most recent relationship, he noticed a pattern where his efforts were met with excuses and confusion.

“Once I make effort, people give excuses. While I’m giving clarity, they are giving me confusion. I show commitment and they don’t reciprocate. I realised that this has just been convenient for the other person,” he explained.

The movie star also spoke on his sexuality, revealing that he has experienced “the best of both worlds.”
