Nigerian Army has denied shooting the #EndSARS protesters at Lekki despite the videos making waves online.
The Army in a statement released via their official twitter account denies been involved or opening fire at the protesters at Lekki toll gate on Tuesday October 20,2020.

In their statement, the clearly stated no military official was at the scene of the incident.
Despite denying the claims, videos of military officials opening fire at the protesters have been shared online by protesters, people living close to the scene. The video captured the army shooting at the peaceful #EndSARS protesters.
