EFCC Ibadan Zone on Tuesday October 20,2020, arrested two girls in person of Jumoke Ayodele and Opeoluwa Temitayo, for an attempt to smuggle in suspected drugs to detainees in their custody.
The substance was examined by the medical officer who confirmed it to be hard drugs, "Colorado drugs",which has psychological effect.
With investigation, the girls confessed to the drug been smuggled in for the detainees and indeed a hard drug and have been handed over to National Drug Law Enforcement Agency(NDLEA).
EFCC officials were able to detect the drugs because they make sure that foods given to detainees are properly checked to avoid harm coming to them
