35 Abducted Girls usedas sex slaves were rescued by the Nigerian police. This incident happened in Anambra State.
The said 35 girls were rescued from the hands of their "madam" on Wednesday, June 15, 2022 in a hotel in Anambra State.
It was gathered that five out of the 35 girls were said to be pregnant.
According to the command’s spokesperson, DSP Tochukwu Ikenga, the girls were rescued from Gally Gally Hotel in Nkpor town, close to Onitsha, where they were working as commercial sex workers and their earnings paid to their “madam”, who is currently on the run.
However, three suspects, including the assistant manager of the hotel, were arrested during the raid, with three pump action rifles and seven cartridges, recovered.
