Zion Edet, Big Brother Naija, has spoken out after his ex-girlfriend Chinwe accused him of financial exploitation and leaving her after he received money in the contentious reunion episode.
Zion detailed the situation and defended himself against what he called "twisted narratives" in a lengthy message that was shared on social media.

Despite his tendency to remain silent, Zion declared, "Enough is enough." He revealed that he had just returned from studying abroad and was still trying to build his companies when he and Chinwe began dating.
He claims that despite their different lifestyles and morals, Chinwe was aware of his predicament and at first appreciated his hustle before starting to "broke shame" him in public.
He wrote, "I never judged you, but you make money through means I could never and would never pursue." "I deserve to be treated disrespectfully because I opted for a slower, cleaner path."
In addition, he addressed claims that he was never fair to Chinwe. Zion listed all the things he had done with her, such as planning a day at the spa, buying her gifts, and even preparing her birthday meal.
"You say I didn't take you out? I hosted your birthday dinner with friends, organized a spa day, and provided gifts. But without respect, none of that counts.
Zion revealed that their club bill topped N1 million and that he had only asked her to donate a portion of it. Chinwe brought up the infamous N270k he requested on his birthday during the reunion. Today, he expresses regret for depending on someone who "didn't have his back" to support him.
Zion didn't stop there, though.
He revealed that her team is still owed N1 million by his team, which he says he told them to ignore "out of care" for her.
Zion responded frankly to Chinwe's accusations of infidelity by saying that she was also unfaithful.
"You had sodomic relationships with women behind my back and repeatedly disrespected me and my people." Are you surprised that I left now?
He used a sharp closing to wrap up the statement:
"Good riddance," as you indicated. Well, anything. Tell a story that will put you to sleep at night. Regardless, I'm winning because I'm focused and working hard.
