I've given up smoking, Zlatan Ibile says

 

Temidayo Omoniyi, better known by his stage name Zlatan Ibile, is a Nigerian rapper who has said that he no longer smokes.

This was revealed by the "Zanku" crooner during a recent interactive Snapchat session with fans.

When a fan asked Zlatan if he still smokes, he replied that he stopped four years ago.
"I can't go a day without someone asking me this question," he wrote. Yes, four years ago I gave up smoking. Additionally, I don't mind smoking.

Don Jazzy, Peruzzi, Tekno, and Kizz Daniel are among the Nigerian musicians that have recently made public declarations that they have stopped smoking or are attempting to do so.

In 2018, Davido also promised that, motivated by Don Jazzy's success, he would be "quitting soon."
