(Read) Jamar Champ, the estranged husband of reality actress Masika Kalysha, d?es in a wrong-way vehicle accident in Texas


Love & Hip Hop: According to reports, Jamar Champ, the estranged husband of Hollywood star Masika Kalysha, was involved in an automobile accident on a Houston freeway involving another vehicle that was driving in the wrong direction. His age was 38.



The Houston Police Department said in a news release that the collision happened just after 12 a.m. local time on Tuesday, October 28.

On 6600 Katy Freeway (West Interstate Highway 10), a silver BMW struck a silver Tesla Cybertruck head-on while traveling west in eastbound lanes. According to the HPD's announcement, Sergeant R. Dallas and Officer R. Young of the HPD Vehicular Crimes Division stated that the BMW caught fire and that the Cybertruck struck a blue Freightliner 18-wheeler.



According to authorities, the Cybertruck driver was transferred to a local hospital in severe condition and subsequently declared dead. According to KHOU, the Cybertruck driver was later recognized by his friends and family as Champ.



According to KVRR, he previously played football for North Dakota State University for one season in 2005.

She also added, "I don't want my kids to find out at school before I can tell them."
