Marriage Is Not for Everyone Actress Sunshine Rosman Speaks on Relationships and Commitment

Popular Nollywood actress Sunshine Rosman has opened up about her views on relationships and marriage, stressing that intentionality and genuine commitment are essential for any union to succeed.

Speaking during a recent episode of the Open Up Podcast, Rosman shared her honest perspective on why not everyone should feel pressured to get married. She explained that marriage requires effort, understanding, and a willingness to stay dedicated — qualities some people simply may not possess.

“Some people are just not made for marriage. Not everyone should be married. Some people are not willing to put in the work and some don’t just want it. So, it is not by force,”
Rosman stated.

She went on to emphasize that commitment should be the foundation of any serious relationship, adding that people should only take the step into marriage when they are truly ready to give it their all.

“My stance is that anything worth doing is worth doing well. So if you’re going to do something, put your heart into it. If you’re not going to do it, then don’t do it,” she added.

The actress further revealed that her desire to get married comes from the positive example set by her parents, who have maintained a loving and supportive relationship over the years.

“I only want to get married because of the beautiful example my parents set for me and my siblings,” she said.

Sunshine Rosman, known for her roles in several Nollywood romance and family dramas, has often been admired for her intelligence and grounded personality.
