According to reports, a young man named Okorie Akobundu Wisdom passed away while being held at the Bende Police division in Bende town, Abia state's Bende Local Government Area, after he slumped.
Okorie, a resident of Bende town but a native of the Ozuitem community in Bende LGA, reportedly accepted the police's request to be questioned over an unspecified matter. Unfortunately, they sagged during the interrogation. He was taken right away to a hospital in the state capital of Umuahia, where doctors verified that he was d3ad.
